Effective September 5, 2026. These terms apply to use of the DTB Property Group website. Separate signed agreements control any actual real estate transaction.
General information only
Website content is provided for general informational and business inquiry purposes. DTB Property Group is a real estate investment company. Unless separately stated in writing for a specific transaction, DTB is not acting as your attorney, tax adviser, financial adviser, lender, mortgage adviser, appraiser or real estate broker or agent.
Property estimates and purchase ranges
Any property value indicator, equity estimate, repair assumption, retail indicator, creative structure indication or DTB purchase range is preliminary and may rely on user supplied, public or third party information. It is not an appraisal, guarantee of market value, commitment to purchase or binding offer. A final transaction may require additional review of condition, title, liens, occupancy, financing, access, documents and other facts.
No obligation and no agency relationship
Submitting a property, buy box, contact form or partnership inquiry does not require you or DTB to enter a transaction and does not create an agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture or advisory relationship. Any partnership, referral, compensation arrangement or transaction structure must be separately agreed in writing when required.
Transaction structure
Depending on the property, parties, market and applicable law, DTB may evaluate a direct acquisition or another lawful real estate transaction structure. The actual rights and obligations of each party are determined only by the final signed documents and applicable law. DTB may use title, closing, legal, brokerage or other qualified professionals when appropriate.
Investor information
Investor opportunities, pricing, repair estimates, projected values and buyer matching information are not guaranteed. Investors are responsible for their own inspection, underwriting, due diligence, financing, professional advice and compliance obligations before purchasing or entering any transaction.
User submitted information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to submit and for having authority to provide it. Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, credentials, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or information you do not have authority to share.
Website availability
DTB may change, suspend or update website features, forms, property review methods, market coverage and these terms without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the then current terms.
If a signed contract or disclosure for a specific transaction conflicts with general website content, the signed transaction documents control.
