PARTNERS AND JV

Have a deal, a lead, or a property nobody knows what to do with?

DTB is open to working with agents, wholesalers, investors, landlords, property managers, contractors, attorneys and other professionals when the opportunity and transaction structure make sense.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

DTB can sit in different places in the transaction.

The correct role depends on what you have, what rights you hold, the jurisdiction and what creates a clean path to closing.

01

Direct acquisition

DTB may purchase the property when the economics and transaction fit our acquisition strategy.

02

JV or collaboration

When another wholesaler or investor controls a legitimate opportunity, DTB may help with buyer matching, underwriting or disposition where lawful and appropriate.

03

Professional referral

Agents, property managers, contractors, estate professionals and others can send properties that need a different kind of solution.

04

Buyer relationship

If you are an active investor, DTB can learn your buy box and route relevant opportunities your direction.

05

Problem property triage

Sometimes the most valuable contribution is figuring out why the deal keeps dying and what has to change for it to become executable.

06

Nationwide one offs

DTB is Omaha based and Missouri focused, but the right relationship or property can make another market worth pursuing.

SUBMIT AN OPPORTUNITY

Give us enough information to underwrite the relationship and the deal.

If you already have control of the property, explain the structure. If it is simply a lead or referral, say that. Clarity makes everything faster.

Clean transactions matter.

DTB will only participate in structures that are appropriate for the property, the parties and the jurisdiction. We are not interested in manufacturing rights someone does not actually have.

Submitting an opportunity does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or obligation. Any transaction or compensation arrangement must be separately agreed in writing and comply with applicable law.
